A: The presenters represent a diverse cross section of the paper recycling industry including top management from leading secondary packing, mills and brokerage operations in North America and internationally, as well as experts in the area of technical and plant operations. top
Q: How do I register for the show?
A: There are four ways to register.
Online: Registration Form
By Phone: Call 800.456.0707 (or 330.523.5400) and ask to register for the Paper Recycling Conference & Trade Show.
By Mail: Complete a registration form and mail with payment (checks made payable to GIE Media, Inc.) to 4020 Kinross Lakes Parkway, Suite 201, Richfield, OH 44286.
By Fax: Complete a registration form and fax with credit card information to 330.659.0823. top

Q: How will I know that my registration has been received?
A: Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Bring this confirmation letter with you to the conference and trade show. top
Q: How do I pay for the registration fee?
A: GIE Media accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Checks and money orders (made payable to GIE Media, Inc.) are also accepted. Please do not send cash with mail in registrations. Checks must be drawn in U.S. dollars and from a U.S. bank. top
Q: Do you accept on-site registrations?
A: Yes. Onsite registrations are accepted on a space available basis. An additional $25 per person fee is assessed for all on-site registrations. top
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: All cancellations must be made in writing and either faxed or mailed to Paper Recycling Conference & Trade Show. Voice mails and e-mails will not be accepted. Please see your confirmation email for further information. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will also be cancelled. The Paper Recycling Conference & Trade Show reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs. top
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is received by June 10, 2010. No refunds will be issued after June 10, 2010 or for no shows. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if the show is cancelled due to insufficient registrations or instructor emergency. top
Q: What is the substitution policy?
A: Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place. top
Q: When do I receive my badge and show materials?
A: Name badge and show materials will be available for pick up at the conference registration desk at the Marriott Downtown Chicago Magnificent Mile starting on Sunday, June 13, 2010. See schedule for times the conference registration desk is open. top
Q: How do I make reservations at the host hotel for the show?
A: Hotel reservations can be made at the time of registration. The group rate of $199 plus tax is available to anyone registering prior to May 21, 2010. After this date, the group rate cannot be guaranteed. top
Q: How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
A: There are two ways in which to cancel your room reservation. Call the hotel directly to cancel you reservation or call the show conference staff (800) 456-0707. If you cancel your show registration, you lose hotel room block privileges as well and your room will be cancelled. top
