On Site Registration Pricing:
A $25 per person fee will be added to all registrations received after June 10, 2010 including on-site registrations. On-site registrations are accepted on a space available basis only.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation fees must be made in writing on company letterhead and either faxed or mailed to the Paper Recycling Conference & Trade Show. Voice mails and emails will not be accepted. Please see your confirmation email for further information. A full refund* will be provided if the cancellation is received by June 7, 2010. No refunds will be issued after June 7, 2010 or for no shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room reservation will also be cancelled. The Paper Recycling Conference & Trade Show reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs.
* Please note, all credit card refunds will incur a $3.00 service fee (i.e. $475 registration fee will be refunded $472).
Substitution Policy:
Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place.
Confirmation Policy:
All confirmations will be sent via email to the primary registrant unless otherwise arrange with conference management. Hotel reservation confirmations are sent under separately from the conference registration but are also sent via e-mail.
The Paper Recycling Conference & Trade Show is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
